Why customer data update?

How do i update investor's information

To update an investors information

Click on Manage Investors
Click on View All Investors. This will list all the investor's under youur house
Search for the investor details you want to update
1. Search by Name
2. Search using CHN
3. Search using CSCS Account Number
The investor information will be display (if it exist).
Click on the edit icon
This will take you to the edit page
Select the account type of the investor
Fill/complete the investor information you want to update
Below are the compulsory fields that is required
1. Investor Name
2. Date of birth
3. Phone Number
4. Email address
5. Address
6. Bank account number
7. Bank account name. Must be in the order
  - Last Name
  - First Name
  - Middle Name (optional)
8. Bank Name
9. Bank Verification Number (BVN)
Click on the "update Investors Details" button to submit
You will recieve a notification if operation was successful or not

How do i upload Investors record

To upload investors information

Click on "Upload File" menu
This will take you to the upload file page
you can download the folowwing for use
1. Download a sample file (to be populated)
2. Download a smple banklist
Click on the choose a file button
Navigate to the folder where you have your already prepared file.
Select the file you want to upload
Click on the upload file button
Wait for the file to finish processing
You will get a notification stating the following
1. No. of records that passed BVN validation
2. No. of records that failed (Due to invalid or BVN validation)
3. No. of other investors information updated.
Successful records will be updated.
Failed records will be displayed in a table
You can click on the download link to download the failed records for edit
